How long does shipping take?

At Zezal, all orders ship within 5–7 business days. Please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing. Most customers receive their order within 10–12 days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships via USPS Priority, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Refunds
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition to be eligible. Items that do not meet this condition will not be refunded.
